What is the Best Locally Produced Film? (Gourmet Edition)

Hello gourmet followers! We have provided enough foreign film tests for you, now it is time for domestic productions. In this test, we are asking for the best domestic film made from the late 80s to the present day, excluding Yeşilçam productions! If there is a film that should be on the list, please specify it in the comments.
